Job Title: Trainee Block Manager

Salary: C£26,000

The Role

We are seeking a Trainee Block Manager to join a property consultancy / agency in Surrey. Ideally we are looking for candidates with some experience in the property sector such lettings or property management. Full training will be given for this role but a little experience is required.

The Company

This company is a well established regional multi-disciplinary property consultancy with multiple offices across Surrey. They offer a range of services such as sales & lettings, town planning, rural surveying, estate management, acquisitions, lease & rent renewals, valuations and more, across residential and commercial properties in the surrounding counties

The role will require

* Liaise with clients, contractors, leaseholders and insurance companies with regards to issues

* Attend meetings

* Day-to-day management of properties

* Instruct contractors to carry our work required

* Ensure work is completed to the required standard

* Issuing section 20 notices

* Liaise with accounts

* Ensure clients are advised to act in accordance with lease and legislation

* Property inspections

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Some work experience in property

* UK Driving licence

* Proficient user of Microsoft Office

Salary & Benefits

* Circa £26,000 DOE

* Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30am
