Multiskilled maintenance engineer - DETAILS
This role is to ensure that all aspects of building / plant maintenance within Bushboard Ltd.'s premises are met and any other duties as requested by the Manager are undertaken in a safe and timely manner. The role requires someone who has mechanical and electrical experience to work in the operations area of the business.
Multiskilled maintenance engineer - JOB OVERVIEW
You will be required to liaise with sub-contractors / machinery manufacturers for the upkeep / installation relating to any works required.
You will work as part of the maintenance team to fulfil the maintenance requirements of the Company and to prioritise and ensure Health & Safety requirements are met for ongoing compliance of the Company's Health & Safety Policy.
The role requires someone to work on their own initiative and as part of team and to maintain a safe and productive working area.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a NVQ 3 in engineering or equivalent and a proven track record of using electrical and mechanical in a role with electrical knowledge ideally 18th Edition and PLC Knowledge, Inverter Drive Knowledge. 60% of the work is mechanical so an understanding of Hydraulics / Pneumatics would be very useful.
Multiskilled maintenance engineer - WORKING HOURS
The working hours are Monday- Friday 7am- 3:30pm and candidates will be expected to work one Saturday a month 6am-11pm inclusive of salary.
