Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our dynamic team at a well-respected schools in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French, Spanish, or German to students aged 11-16.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and interactive MFL lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Support students' individual learning needs and encourage their interest in foreign languages.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in a relevant subject.
- Experience teaching MFL at secondary level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
