Job Details:
* Pay: £12.00 per hour (8am-5pm); £18.00 per hour for work outside these hours
* Attendance Incentive: £20 per day
* Work Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 05:00 - 16:00 (flexible)
* Saturday: 07:00 - 12:00 (flexible)
* Location: Aveley
* Work Schedule:
* 9-11 hour shifts
* Day shift
* Weekend availability (Saturday mornings)
Job Responsibilities:
* Weigh and monitor all vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
* Manually enter data into the system when required due to IT issues.
* Ensure all duties comply with the company's health, safety, and operational guidelines.
* Check duty of care paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
* Communicate with drivers and contractors to ensure safe entry and exit of the site.
* Provide excellent customer service, especially when answering calls.
Required Skills:
* IT literate with strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Previous experience in a similar operational environment.
* Familiarity with Waste Logics software (desirable).
