A leading global building services and FM maintenance contractor has a key opportunity for Lead / senior residential electrical building services engineer with AP HV switching cert APHV1 / APHV2 / AP6 or equivalent to work on a prestigious commercial site in central London. They are looking for a senior / lead engineer that could be considering a step into management 12 - 18 months.
This position is working continental shift and is available immediately
4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on 4 off, 3 days on then 3 nights, 4 off repeat up to £58k basic for the right person plus package

Lead electrical building services engineer will be covering all maintenance and remedial works on electrical systems within the building;
Panels circuits UPS, Generators, HV, LV, PDU's, Crac units, Chillers, Cooling Towers LTHW boilers, BMS and AHU'
Making sure that risk assessments and method statements are on place
Liaising with specialist sub-contractors
Preparing hand over for next shiftTo qualify as the Lead electrical building services engineer

Lead electrical building services engineer will have 18th edition
Lead electrical building services engineer will have 2391 / test and inspection
Lead electrical building services engineer will AP HV switching APHV1 / APHV2 / AP6 or equivalent
Located in commuting distance to central London, nearest station is Liverpool street£50,000 - £58,000 basic + 20 days holiday + shift days off + pension
