We are currently recruiting an Office Co-Ordinator to join the team at our Head Office in Lutterworth.

As Office Co-Ordinator you will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional service is provided at all times whilst execution of sales admin duties and support to the executive assistant.

This role is office based working 8.30am - 5.00pm.Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include: 

•    Maintenance & distribution of post to the relevant departments incoming & outgoing 
•    Create and maintain systems and records, ensuring these are accurate and up to date 
•    Manage meeting room bookings, resolving conflict when it arises 
•    Be the first point of contact for visitors in the building, ensuring sign in and safety measures adhered to 
•    Chaperone of facilities compliance visitors when attending site 
•    Manage and distribute written communications to the business 
•    Act as the first point of contact for matters regarding facilities maintenance 
•    Maintain stock levels for general consumables, office stationery and meeting requirements when requested 
•    Raising purchase orders, in line with process for any consumables 
•    Manage telephony services relating to inbound and outbound communications
•    Maintenance of reception area  
•    Register control of door access and control devices 
•    Weekly conduct of the fire alarm testing, including door testing with maintenance of the register 
•    Supporting the marketing team with specific campaign initiatives, including events and internal communications 
•    Support to the Executive Assistant as and when required 

The ideal candidate will have/be: 

•    Must have experience of working in similar office/reception  
•    Previous experience of Administration work 
•    Attention to detail and accuracy in your work 
•    Shorthand/speedwriting skills desirable 
•    Knowledge of MS Office Applications including MS Excel, Word and Ms Explorer
