Team Leader
Location: Covering offices across Greater Manchester - including Wigan, Bolton, Bury Rochdale and Oldham
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week ( Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00)
Salary: £31,000
Desirable Criteria:
- At least 12 months team management experience
What you ll be doing as a Team Leader:
- Support the Performance Support Manager in leading, developing and retaining high quality Restart Advisors and Guides that are capable of ensuring best practice delivery of contracted services.
- Leading and Supporting the teams with existing and new procedures, giving feedback and finding solutions for any issues found.
- Ensure that advisors in each office are exceeding their minimum performance targets and support individuals performance accordingly through regular performance reviews, coaching, performance observations, caseload reviews and Ingeus personal development programme.
- Support with monitoring and managing the performance of individuals and respond quickly to address underperformance.
- Support the Performance Support Manager in ensuring regular reporting of performance for each office in accordance with Ingeus Group requirements.
- You will be supporting the following offices in person and remotely on a daily basis. Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale & Oldham
