A principle contractor, who are having a successful year in securing a strong pipeline of projects, will be looking to appoint a Senior Construction Manager for a £50m hotel refurbishment in London.

The company specialises in super prime residential, heritage and high end hotel refurbishments in London. They provide value engineering and expertise which has enabled them to deliver exceptional quality to their clients time and time again.

In this role, you would report to a Senior Project Manager, and be surrounded by an excellent construction management team that enjoys the challenge of these complex and challenging refurbishments.

This position will suit you if you enjoy delivering high quality and interesting projects.
Ideally, you will have the following experience and attributes:

• Minimum of 10 years on site in complex refurbishment experience on listed buildings, hotels and super prime residential.
• Qualification in construction or about to commence further education.
• Must have a First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS card
• IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel & Project
• Strong understanding of design
• An excellent work ethic and attitude.
