The Role:

Job Title: Quality Manager

Hours of Work: 7-4 Monday to Thursday, 7-3 Friday

The Quality Manager will be part of the key support functions of the organisation, specialising in Quality and Quality Management. The role will have a focus on the coaching and mentoring of the existing Quality team and using your skills to support quality and conformity of products and processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

● Manage and develop members of the Quality Team

● Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives

● Monitor and Analyse Quality Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Maintain/Improve Quality Management System (QMS) to AS9100 Standard

● Development of Business Processes across the business, ensuring efficient and effective ways or working

The Ideal Candidate:

● Experience and Expertise with ISO9001 and AS9100 Certification

● Experienced People Manager, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members

● In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

● Understanding of Continuous Improvement Methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other similar processes

● Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving

● Confident, Data Driven Decision Maker

● Excellent Communicator with all areas and levels within the business

This role will require an in-date UK drivers licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £42,500.00-£47,000.00 per year
