CRM Exectutive - Automation

Hybrid, 3 Days a week on-site (Monday-Wednesday)

The Company:

Working for the UK's largest retailer of motoring and cycling products and services. This role sits within the Automation team alongside 2 other teams. You will report into the CRM Manager.

The Role:

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Automating existing campaigns and understanding the data

- Looking at triggering communications through SMS, email and other channels

- Journey mapping to target customers correctly

- Communicating with internal teams and stakeholders

Skills/Requirements:

- Strong communication

- SQL experience desired

- Strong knowledge/ background with data

- Braze experience
