Salesforce Developer / Administrator - London - 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and support of the Salesforce platform within the organisation. You will also be responsible for administrating other tools supporting Sales like Apollo (sequencing and data), LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, customising/ configuring the platform to meet business needs, maintaining integration to third party application (Hubspot, Apollo, Zendesk, etc) and providing support to Salesforce users.

  • Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations.

  • Manage Salesforce security settings and access rights (based on 'least privileged access'), ensure CRM stack (SFDC, etc) are aligned to IT security requirements.

  • Provide support to Salesforce users across all departments, resolving issues, and ensuring users are leveraging the platform effectively.

  • Oversee data management tasks such as data imports, data exports, and data integrity initiatives in collaboration with Sales Ops.

  • Work with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.

  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, Salesforce best practices, and industry regulations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including best practices and functionality.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customisation.

  • Industry recognised certifications would advantageous.

  • Have excellent professional communication skills and be customer focused, with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Experience with data management and data quality best practices.
