The Company:

My client is a family owned, regional main contractor that has established long-term client relations with regular repeat business. Projects include social housing refurb and planned maintenance.

Due to business growth, they are looking for a site based, Senior QS to act as lead on a £25 million refurb non occupied 3 storey tower blocks of flats in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:

Negotiation with subcontractors
Management and administration of sub-contractor accounts
Measurement, pricing and valuation of post contract variations
Cost management
CVR reporting and forecasting
Supply chain procurement
