• Answering incoming customer calls, handling enquiries, and resolving issues for contract customers.
• Taking messages and liaising with relevant departments when key contacts are unavailable.
• Raising contract quotations, processing sales orders for the production team, and preparing invoices with accuracy.
• Organising and maintaining customer files and ensuring timely dispatch of customer samples.
• Coordinating administrative tasks, including sorting files, data entry, and general office duties.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, presentations, and reports.
• Creating spreadsheets, applying formulas, and managing data with a high level of Excel proficiency.

About You

• Proven experience in administration or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
