Key Responsibilities

* Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients

* Provide technical leadership across the full ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps

* Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses

* Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define client needs and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions

* Act as a trusted advisor, influencing key stakeholders and promoting best practices

* Support business development through strategic technical insights and solutioning

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong track record of designing and delivering solutions

* Strong presales experience, including technical presentations and proposal writing

* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CTA are highly desirable
