Rapier Employment are recruiting for Crew Operatives to join our well-established client based in Radley, Oxfordshire as their team expands. Potential for temp to perm for the right candidates.

Job Title: Crew operative
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Work: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends when required
Expected hours: 45 hours per week

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Work with drivers and plant operatives on installation and recovery operations throughout the UK
Work as a two/three person crew including nights away in accommodation when required
Follow exact directions and be able to assist with installing/removing products and make sure they are ready for transport
Work a flexible schedule (day, night, occasional weekends)
Ability to operate heavy equipment (crane), and good knowledge of hand tools
Full training will be provided, with development opportunities, and ability to progress within the company.

Required:

Must be able to work away from home during Monday-Friday depending on requirements
Full UK driving licence
Flexible working
Desired/Preferred:

CSCS card desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
