Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Primary School)

Location: Thornhill, Cardiff
Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Contract: March to July

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Thornhill area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children's learning in a Key Stage 2 (KS2) classroom and become a valued member of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring smooth operation and positive learning experiences.

Work with small groups of children, supporting their learning and development.

Ensure the classroom environment is clean, organised, and conducive to learning.

Provide support to children who need extra help, fostering their confidence and academic progress.

Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Requirements:

Experience working within a primary school setting is essential.

A passion for education and supporting children's learning journey.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.

Effective communication and teamwork skills
