• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing expert tax advice and compliance services
• Lead complex tax planning assignments, including restructuring, inheritance tax, CGT, and international tax
• Support and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional development
• Review technical tax work and ensure the highest standards are maintained
• Collaborate with partners to drive strategic initiatives and service innovation
• Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value
• Contribute to business development and participate in client pitches and networking
• Stay current with UK tax legislation, ensuring clients receive proactive advice

• CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with extensive tax experience)
• Proven experience in managing a tax team and delivering advisory and compliance work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident client communicator
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities for growth
• Passion for mentorship and team development

• £70,000 to £90,000 per annum
