Salary: £100,000 - £120,000

Role & Responsibilities

As the Quality Director, you will be a pivotal leader in shaping the quality strategy and ensuring excellence across all manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Formulate Quality Policies and Objectives: Develop comprehensive quality assurance policies and establish clear objectives that align with the company's strategic goals.

* Lead Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement and maintain robust QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100, fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

* Guide and Develop Quality Teams: Provide leadership, training, and performance assessments for quality assurance and control teams, encouraging effective collaboration across departments.

* Supervise Inspections and Resolve Defects: Oversee thorough product inspections, address defects and customer complaints promptly, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

* Maintain Quality Documentation and Reporting: Ensure precise documentation of quality processes, produce detailed reports on quality performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

* Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Risk Management: Monitor customer feedback, enhance satisfaction, manage quality-related risks, and drive proactive improvements based on insights.
