Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developers/Technical Consultants

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for experienced ServiceNow Developers/Technical Consultants. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, including Employee Centre Pro, HRSD, and ITSM. This role requires proficiency in implementing Employee Centre Pro for IT and HR, migrating from custom Service Portal/ESC portal to EC Pro, and a strong ability to analyse complex, custom ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specialising in Employee Centre Pro, HRSD, and ITSM.
* Lead and contribute to the implementation of Employee Centre Pro for IT and HR.
* Manage migrations from custom Service Portal/ESC portal to Employee Centre Pro.
* Analyse and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets.
* Conduct technical workshops, create detailed technical designs, and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
* Proven experience implementing Employee Centre Pro for IT and HR.
* Hands-on experience with migrations from custom Service Portal/ESC portal to Employee Centre Pro.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and navigate complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets.
* Expertise in conducting technical workshops, creating comprehensive technical designs, and recommending solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.
