I currently have a 6-month contract for a MRICS Building Surveyor to work with my client working on boundary disputes & other building disputes. The inspections can be UK wide however with a typical focus in London & Birmingham.

You will have the option to work OUTSIDE IR35 through your own Ltd Company OR working through one of our PSL Umbrella Companies.

The role would start off par-time time however has the potential to develop into a full-time role.

Essential Requirements:

MRICS/FRICS or Assoc RICS.
Have experience working on boundary disputes & other building disputes. If you are interested interviews will be held this asap via Microsoft Teams.

Rate: Negotiable, paid per hour
