Client Services Representative
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Are you ready to shine in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a professional and enthusiastic client services representative to join a prestigious showroom in Cheltenham! This is a fantastic chance for Sparky grads to showcase their customer service and communication skills.

What You'll Do:

* Be the welcoming face for all walk-in customers

* Support the brand manager in various tasks

* Build and nurture relationships with clients

* Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand

* Allocate sales leads to the Sales Executives

* Complete daily reports and administrative duties

What We're Looking For:

* Prior experience in administration or customer service is essential

* A strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service

* Keen attention to detail

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
