Description

As Electrical Team Leader you will be tasked with the following;

Lead a team of electrical engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure all electrical work meets company standards and safety regulations
Train and mentor junior team members
Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems
Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans
Regularly review team performance and implement improvements where necessary
Stay updated with latest industry trends and ensure team is trained accordinglyProfile

A successful Electrical Team Leader should have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Previous experience in a team leader role in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar
Demonstrable PLC Fault Finding experience
18th Edition Wiring Regulation
