You will be developing and implementing complex resource planning strategies across all contact channels, be responsible for delivering departmental performance in specific KPIs and real-time management accountability to ensure that performance standards are met.

Performance Manager - What will you be doing?

* Drafting performance packs for Leadership Group Meetings.* Maintaining a central register of all KPIs.* Providing a quarterly summary of performance and improvement.* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.

* Strong performance reporting experience.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Management experience.* Advanced Power BI & Excel.
