What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring students continue to receive high-quality learning in the absence of their usual teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects

* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

* Supporting students in completing their work and staying on task

* Liaising with teaching staff to provide feedback on lesson outcomes
