As a HR Advisor, you will be providing comprehensive and professional HR service to all staff. Reporting to the Head of HR, helping to ensure the implementation of the company's HR Strategy and to deliver exceptional first class HR service & Management of ER Cases .

Based in Hemel Hempstead with options for hybrid working (up to 2 days a week from home)

This is a 12 month maternity cover contract

• Employee relations
• General administration & regulatory reporting
• Management information

Skills/experience

Good HR Advisory skills gained in a fast paced commercial organisation.

CIPD Qualified - with previous experience working as a HR Advisor managing ER cases

Must be available to take on a contract role and able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
