The Role
As the Technical App Support Manager, you'll manage a mix of project work and support services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. You'll work on a hybrid basis with both on-premises and private cloud deployments, driving optimal performance for the systems and applications that clients rely on. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring the technical team to ensure high-quality service.
Overseeing technical project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
Installing, configuring, and supporting software on Windows, and cloud environments (AWS).
Collaborating with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions.
