Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee the operations of our wastewater treatment facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the site, while leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the wastewater treatment facility to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operators, technicians, and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, scheduling regular inspections, and coordinating necessary repairs and upgrades.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the site's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, including operational efficiency, safety incidents, and compliance status to senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and community stakeholders to ensure transparent and effective communication regarding site operations and impact.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in using operational and reporting software.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable
