Job Opportunity: Referrals and Relationship Manager

We are expanding our residential care services, and we are seeking a passionate and driven Referrals and Relationship Manager to help us grow and maintain our referral pipeline nationwide.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where you will work closely with operational teams, local authority commissioners, and placement teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the company and the successful placement of children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Referrals: Ensure referrals are processed efficiently and in a timely manner, supporting the operational team to meet conversion rate targets.

* Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with local authority placement teams, commissioners, and other stakeholders.

* Collaborate on Placement Planning: Work in partnership with home managers and headteachers to manage the placement process, ensuring smooth and effective planning.

* Promote Services: Actively promote our childcare services to potential clients, answering inquiries and sharing information through calls, emails, and marketing materials.

* Database & Record Management: Keep an up-to-date database of referrals, ensuring all records are accurate and in line with internal procedures.

* Attend Key Events: Represent our company at commissioning events and meetings relevant to the work of the team.

Required Experience & Skills:

* Knowledge of Children's Social Care & Education: Familiarity with the care and education needs of children and young people.

* IT Proficiency: Strong computer skills across multiple platforms and experience managing databases.

* Experience in Administration or Sales: Previous experience in an administrative or sales role, particularly in children's services, is desirable.

* Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with a variety of external and internal stakeholders.

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with commissioners, placement teams, and other stakeholders.
