Up to £35,000 + On Call Allowance

Monday - Friday (7am-4pm or 1pm-10pm)

40 hours a week

They are looking for a Maintenance Operative to work within the London head office of one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies.

As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for ensuring safe operation and repair of all mechanical and electrical building services and fabric equipment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

* City & Guilds/NVQ Level or similar relevant qualifications

* Proven experience in fast paced, blue chip corporate environment

* Skilled in PDA usage

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations

* Experience with fabric and general maintenance work

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

* Proactive problem-solver committed to high standards of safety and quality
