Our client is a specialist fit-out subcontractor, who designs and install bespoke ceiling systems, drylining and partitions for commercial projects in The City. They have an office in Beckenham which is where you will be based, and you will need to go to site and will be working with clients such as Mace, Structuretone, BW Interiors and McLaren.

Together we are searching for a red-hot Quantity Surveyor like you, to join their commercial team, with project values ranging from £2M - £16M, covering both CAT A and CAT B fit out.

You will need to have a background in Quantity Surveying within drylining and ceiling subcontracting. You will have a natural drive to make money on projects as well as being likeable and presentable with your approach.
