We are offering a starting salary of £15ph with the potential of a shift allowance which will put your pay up to over £17ph.

Weekly rotating shift of 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00.

Manual Machinist duties: -

Work from engineering drawings to produce components made from mild steel and aluminium
Using either manual lathes or manual milling machines
Working with other team members
Machine to tight tolerances on bespoke products

Candidate Requirements: -

Able to read from technical drawings
NVQ/Diploma/degree within engineering related discipline
Previously experience working as a manual miller/turner or machinist
Self-motivated, meticulous, and good at working in a team

You will need to have experience on lathes & mills or from a relevant tool making background to be considered.
