Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a primary school setting? We are looking for a dedicated TA3 to join a fantastic school and support students across KS1 and KS2.

Role Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
✔️ Help with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and interventions
✔️ Support children's learning and development, both academically and socially
✔️ Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
✔️ Cover lessons as required and lead learning activities

Requirements:

🔹 Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
🔹 Experience working in a primary school setting
🔹 Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
🔹 Confident supporting pupils with additional needs
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
