A global market-leading bio-pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a Bilingual Benefit Operations Specialist with excellent German or French language skills to work within the HR Department. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits and act as a subject matter expert. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid work pattern (office based near Hayes/Uxbridge).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits from employees across Europe
• Managing the day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring all benefits documentation is up to date
• Acting as the subject matter expert regarding benefits
• Improving processes by identifying problems and recommending solutions

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who is always willing to go the extra mile and has excellent German or French language skills. In order to be successful in this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience working in an HR function, as well as experience with benefits. Profile:

* Required to be fluent in German or French, both written and spoken* Fluency in English, both written and spoken* Should possess solid verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.* Needs to be able to identify critical situations and take action to escalate where necessary.* Should demonstrate the ability to work in a team.* Needs to be able to multitask yet remain detailed-oriented with sound time management skills.* Should possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.* Needs to be able to perform the role under minimal supervision.* Experience with Workday, Service Now, and Darwin is desirable.
