Area to be covered: London & Home Counties

Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000 + £2,000 bonus

Benefits: £400 per month car allowance or hybrid company car & benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Cubicle & Washroom Solutions will involve:

* Field sales position, selling a manufactured range cubicles & washrooms solutions

* Will carry out site surveyors and support with initial design concepts

* Selling to and generating specifications with architects, designers, contractors, installers and end users

* Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1m - £1.5m

* Dealing with typical project values of £1k - £300k+ depending on size and scope

* Good blend of account management and new business

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Cubicle & Washroom Solutions with:

* Must have washroom / cubicle sales experience

* Would consider a surveyor / estimator in the washrooms & cubicle systems

* Technical aptitude for estimating and drawings

* Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities

* Results orientated, hungry, personable and enthusiastic
