Job Title: Onsite Support EngineerSalary: £35,000 - £45,000Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm and/or 9:30am - 6pmLocation: Farringdon - HybridWe are working with a globally renowned Managed Service Provider who are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer who will be supporting one of their global based clients. The Onsite IT Support Engineer will be joining an organisation who support their employees progression and will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.The Onsite Support Engineer will be part of a global team and be required to provide deskside as well as remote support to all levels of users within the organisation across the globe.Essential skills - Onsite Support Engineer:

• Active Directory - User administration
• Office 365 - supporting the applications within the suite
• Networking - troubleshoot network issues
• Experience with any ticketing system
• Good communication skills

Desirable skills - Onsite Support Engineer:

• SharePoint
• Mimecast
• Papercut
• Video conferencing support
• Industry experience - Financial, Managed Service Providers or other professional services
• Certifications - recent Microsoft or Desktop certifications
