The Role:
As Procurement Manager, you'll be at the heart of the businesses operations, ensuring a seamless supply of product to the customer. You'll work closely with suppliers, sales, and supply chain teams to balance demand, optimise costs, and maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the company's sourcing strategy to optimise supply and profitability.
Work closely with sales and supply chain teams to ensure all sales volumes are supplied efficiently.
Track global market trends, vessel schedules, and supply chain risks to anticipate challenges.
Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and ensuring transparency in the buying cycle.
Monitor and report sourcing performance, from grower evaluations to inventory management.
Implement recovery plans for surplus stock to protect financial performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and assist suppliers in meeting requirements.Who You Are:

5+ years' experience in sourcing or inventory management, ideally in perishables.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
