We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Head of Care to support their residential service for Young People with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

💡 Requirements 💡

- Care management background

- Turnaround experience

- Governance and compliance experience

- CQC and OFSTED experience (preferable), CQC only experience (acceptable)

- Strong management style/role model for staff
