Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Watford
Salary: £58,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview:
We are urgently seeking an Engineering Supervisor on behalf of one of our key clients in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong engineering background and leadership experience to make an immediate impact in a critical environment. The client is looking to fill this role quickly, with the potential to start before the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of engineers

* Oversee engineering operations within a critical environment

* Ensure all engineering tasks are completed safely and efficiently

* Maintain high standards of engineering quality and compliance

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering team

Requirements:

* Strong engineering background

* Proven experience in leading a team

* Experience working in a critical or high-pressure environment

* LV/HV AP experience preferred

* Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
