About the role: Are you passionate about nurturing young minds? We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring Reception Teacher to join our lovely, small primary school in Barnet. As a Reception Teacher, you'll enjoy the support of a fantastic Senior Leadership Team and have a dedicated Teaching Assistant in your class. Application Requirements:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching Reception or within EYFS is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and the ability to support children with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement stimulating lessons that meet the developmental needs of Reception-aged children.
• Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Cultivate a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom where all children feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Work closely with the Teaching Assistant, SLT, and parents to support each child's learning journey and well-being.
