About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the London office of a fit-out contractor operating for over 25 years, working on projects of up to £20 million.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
Pricing and managing change/variations.
Site Meetings.
Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

5 years' experience within a construction quantity surveying position with a developer, main or fit out contractor.
Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.What we offer for a Quantity Surveyor:

£65k-£75k base annual salary.
