About the Role:As a IFA Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Wealth Management team, providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial planning cases, from client onboarding to ongoing portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Financial Advisors with preparation of client reports and documentation
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of new business applications
- Obtaining client policy information
- Letters of Authority
- Use of various provider Platforms
- Managing client correspondence and maintaining up-to-date client records
- Preparing reports and financial summaries to assist with meetings and reviews
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures
What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with financial planning software and MS Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
