Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Join one of the UK's largest and most prestigious Wealth & Investment Management organisations in their busy central Manchester offices.

About the Role:As a IFA Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Wealth Management team, providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial planning cases, from client onboarding to ongoing portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Financial Advisors with preparation of client reports and documentation
  • Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of new business applications
  • Obtaining client policy information
  • Letters of Authority
  • Use of various provider Platforms
  • Managing client correspondence and maintaining up-to-date client records
  • Preparing reports and financial summaries to assist with meetings and reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures

What They're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and MS Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
