The Company Highly successful, established and sought after organisation Employer of choice The Role: Accounts Payable Administrator - Part - Time Monday to Friday on-site everyday School Hours

• Posting and checking purchase invoices
• Ensure purchase invoice queries are resolved
• Ensure that AP mailboxes are managed effectively
• uploading invoices on database
• Liaising with suppliers

• Key Skills requires

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience of working with databases
• Previous Accounts Payable Experience (desirable)
• Be available immediately, commit to a temp role - part/time school hrs 5 days per week
• Be able to commute close to Uxbridge area / MUST BE A CAR DRIVER
• Be available immediately, commit to a long term temp role
