Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30
Salary: £23,000 per annum

What You'll Do:

* Be the first point of contact: Manage incoming phone inquiries with professionalism and energy.

* Find top talent: Assist departments with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for key roles.

* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with their perfect opportunities.

* Provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

* Keep the candidate database organized and up-to-date.

* Draft and post engaging job advertisements to attract exceptional candidates.

* Coordinate candidate communications and scheduling with precision and care.

* Tackle other administrative tasks that make a real difference in a busy team.

What We're Looking For:

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, approachable, and professional.

* A strong eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential - we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
