Salary: £30,000

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Nursery Room Leader to join our client's growing Early Years team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a genuine love for working with infants, and the expertise to support their unique developmental needs.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be instrumental in fostering a safe, engaging environment where each child can flourish at their own pace.

Qualifications:
  • A Level 3 in Early Years or above
  • Proven experience working with infants in a nursery setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of nursery staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to build effective partnerships with parents and colleagues
  • Up-to-date knowledge of child development, safeguarding practices, and health and safety regulations
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to working with young children, ensuring each child's well-being and happiness
