We are currently working with an exciting nutritional supplements business that has been shortlisted for Medium to Large Business of the Year. This B Corp certified company is based in the heart of Sheffield city centre, in beautiful and unique offices.

You will head up the Sales & Marketing team (currently 3..) developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy aimed at increasing online sales to Health Practitioners (B2B-B2C) across various channels.

Role Responsibilities:

Create, develop, and deliver a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy
Manage and cultivate relationships with qualified health practitioners
Inspire and lead a team of three, fostering a collaborative culture
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver educational content that promotes the scientific and health benefits of our products
Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media) with a focus on traffic, conversion, and brand visibility
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars, positioning the brand as a leader in health supplements for professionals
Skills and Experience:

Experience in a senior sales and marketing role, ideally within the healthcare sector
Proven track record in team management and leadership
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and healthcare education-driven marketing
Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders
