Seven Resourcing are recruiting for a Maintenance supervisor for a service in Berkshire.

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Hours: 40 hours
Contract: Permanent
Salary/Benefits: £40k-£45k per annum + car/car allowance. Can expect overtime which will amount to a minimum of £5k per year

Key Responsibilities:

Supervisor will be responsible Surfacing works and Structural/Bridge maintenance.
Large sites managing and overseeing Sub-contractors
Will be required to participate in a call out rota, roughly 1 week per month, this will be for the Bracknell area, must be contactable at all time in that week and allocate emergency response work to operatives etc.
50/50 split of office work and site based
Office works around Programme Management and liaising with the client.
Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and procurement of materials and equipment.
Liaise with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to machinery and equipment.
Continuously improve maintenance processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Must have site management experience
Costing and Budget experience is desirable
Ideally will be in the Bracknell area - will be working between Bracknell and Swindon, but more time in Bracknell
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
