Compliance Administrator (9-month maternity cover)

Precision Resource Group (PRG) are delighted to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to join the team as a Compliance Administrator! The role is part of the whole organisation team.
The role of the Compliance Administrator is a crucially important one for us at PRG, where you will join the team responsible for the processing and checking of contracts and candidate documentation, amongst general compliance associated with a Recruitment business.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Obtain compliance for all candidates (RTW Checks, DBS checks, References, Declarations)
- Issue Client & Candidate contracts
- Amend and send Terms of Business
- Helping process all emails that come into the Admin Inbox
- Chasing outstanding compliance documents, DBS, etc
- Chasing unsigned contracts
- Maintaining/updating accurate records on the systems
- Chasing outstanding perm terms with the consultant and confirming if terms are still required
- Completing Supplier Forms
- Assist with the organisation of incentives such as trips, club lunches, team events and company-wide travel and other administrative tasks allocated
Other tasks
- Assist the Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
- Assist the Line Manager in liaising with external agencies concerning compliance matters.
- Reporting (content and format as agreed) monthly or as otherwise required.
- Achieve agreed personal targets and assist the Line Manager in achieving team targets.
- Immediately report problems that may impact the organisation and/or its clients/customers to the Line Manager.
- Meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole.
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team.
- Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
- Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers.
What you will need:
- Language required: English - A high standard of spoken and written.
- Highly competent in using software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Experience in this type of job role ideally a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Good understanding of administration and the office environment generally
- An understanding of compliance issues and how a compliance team works
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Good analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
