We are currently recruiting for an experienced and knowledgable Office Manager with excellent administrative skills to provide comprehensive and well-organised clerical leadership within a busy professional services company in Kibworth, Leicestershire.

This truly varied role is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an interesting range of responsibilities.

Hours:

36.5 hours; Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm each day, Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm.
Office based.Salary and benefits:

Up to £32,000

Great range of benefitsAs Office Manager you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:

Maintaining office services across all sites, reviewing office systems and identifying trends
Managing and negotiating external supplier contracts
Internal and external meeting and event management
Leadership and management of the clerical team
Coordinating company insurances, office leases, and facilities management.
Reconciling and approving supplier quotations and accounts
First Aider, responsible for overseeing office Health & Safety
Maximising the use of admin resources within the company to ensure that quality, service standards and productivity levels are met
Secretarial duties to support the office administration team as required
Providing introduction and overview of the admin function as part of the induction procedureWe're looking for an Office Manager with the following skills and experience:

Prior experience in a similar administration management role with line management responsibilities
Evidence of previously managing and negotiating with a broad range of suppliers
IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Office
Adept at working with individuals across departments in a positive and constructive manner
Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills
Strong time management, prioritisation and organisation skills
