Role - Sub-Consultant Property Lawyer / Conveyancer - (Solicitor; Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Exec. ) - with some initial Client leads

Location: - UK - HOME-BASED / ANY LOCATION

Remuneration - 50% of fee revenues increasing to 60% of revenues over time - expectation of earning £50K - £70K+ - open ended by year 2 and increasing from there.

Our Client established her Consultancy in 2021 with a top 75 law firm with 10+ offices based across the UK offering a diverse range of services, a reputation for innovation and a smart modern approach to client service. Her Consultancy now 'employs' more than 50 people - a mix of employed support & Casehandler staff as well as many Sub-Consultants in the UK and abroad.

They are now seeking more Sub-Consultants to join this exciting and rapidly growing firm within the Residential Property sector that have a client following that they can build on over time.

Consultants receive their remuneration based directly on their monthly billing.

You should be Solicitors, CILEx or CLC of 3+ years PQE + (or qualification and experience equivalent) with good communication, business development skills, client care, and work ethic as well as a client following are welcome.

OFFER:

* Earnings will be split 50:50 based on any revenue generated. (NB - to assist start-up in some cases they may offer to pass over some caseload or offer a short term earnings guarantee).

* Buddy system - offers cover when absent through holidays or sickness to ensure seamless customer service to Clients.

PERSON:

* These exciting opportunities require you to be 'Qualified' - (Solicitors; CLC or ILEx) and be able to handle a residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.

* You will need to have either an existing Client 'following' or be someone with industry connections that you can cultivate to - in effect- grow and develop your own business whilst having the benefit of a highly established conveyancing Firm to support you.

* The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and motivated and will be expected to be able to 'hit the ground running' and

* This role would suit applicants who are looking to have more control of their own business and earning potential - but who also wish to still be part of a highly successful organisation.
