Data Centre Supervisor - Hemel Hempstead - 55k + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Centre Supervisor to join one of the largest service providers for critical data centre engineering. Based in Hemel Hempstead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data centre, ensuring the smooth running of critical infrastructure, and leading a small but skilled team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support a team of 3 engineers to maintain and operate the data centre effectively.

* Ensure the timely completion of scheduled maintenance and fault resolution.

* Monitor and manage the performance of critical systems, including power, cooling, and security.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure high standards of service delivery.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage operational needs.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Data Centre or critical environment.

* Experience with HV/LV systems is highly desirable.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

* Technical expertise in the operation and maintenance of data centre infrastructure.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
